The videos contained in this section are intended to establish or enhance yoga practice with a focus on many of the fundamental postures of Ashtanga yoga which are the building blocks for the 'flows' created in vinyasa style classes. Attention will be given to utilizing the postures of yoga to maintain functional mobility. We will explore alignment, body mechanics & core strength to maintain stability, activate supporting muscle groups, improve balance and prevent injury during yoga practice.
