Drawing on the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga, Irie Yoga offers individualized yoga experiences for all body types and abilities with a focus on functional mobility and core strength.
During Irie Yoga experiences, participants are encouraged to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, acceptance of where they are in each moment, and how their yoga practice can translate into other aspects of everyday life.
